Founded in 2014 and officially incorporated as a nonprofit in 2017, LSG provides comprehensive therapeutic and vocational services throughout New Mexico. We are dedicated to improving outcomes for individuals with diverseABILITIES by supporting them in school, at home, in the community, and on the job. Our mission is simple: meet people where they are—and help them thrive.

At the heart of LSG is a team of passionate leaders who believe in person-centered care and system-wide transformation.
A lifelong advocate for inclusive education and therapy access, Laura founded LSG to close service gaps for underserved communities in New Mexico. Under her leadership, LSG has grown into a trusted provider for both families and school districts.
Erin has been passionate about improving access to quality support services since she joined LSG in 2015 as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Her early work focused on providing speech therapy across New Mexico, and her leadership quickly advanced as she became Speech Therapy Supervisor and later Therapy Supervisor, overseeing coordination of services across multiple disciplines. Now, as Executive Director since 2023, Erin continues the mission of LSG, ensuring that all programs are equipped to meet the diverse needs of the community, while fostering collaboration and innovation in service delivery.
Maria is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with LSG & Associates, where she provides individualized behavioral support to children and adults across New Mexico. Bilingual and community, Maria works closely with families to ensure culturally responsive, evidence-based care that promotes meaningful progress in everyday life.
With several years experience working with Project Search, Arkansas and creating Restoration Pizza with Bosque Brewing Co., Nathan leads our mission of supporting individuals with diverseABILITIES in competitive work environments. He works at building partnerships and collaborating closely with community organizations, businesses, potential employers, and creates successful placements for individuals with diverseABILITIES to succeed in the workforce.
