Through New Mexico’s Developmental Disabilities Waiver (DDW) and Mi Via programs, LSG offers compassionate, individualized Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Occupational Therapy (OT) services to eligible participants across the state.
We work directly with individuals and their support networks to develop meaningful goals that enhance daily living, communication, and overall independence.
Supports functional communication, language development, social interaction, cognitive-communication skills, and swallowing/feeding challenges when applicable.
Focuses on fine motor coordination, sensory processing, daily living skills (e.g., grooming, meal prep, home routines), and adaptive strategies for greater independence.
Provides support, guidance, and training to individuals to meet their employment goals. They work closely with clients to access their skills, interests, and needs to maintain successful employment.
Each therapy plan is customized based on individual strengths, preferences, and long-term goals.
