Pathways to Public Service is a specialized program within UNTAPPED that introduces individuals with diverseABILITIES to meaningful careers in government, education, and other public-sector fields. Through job exploration, skills training, and real-world placements, participants learn what it takes to thrive in roles that make a difference in their communities.

This initiative not only prepares participants for stable, purpose-driven work—it also helps public institutions build more inclusive, representative teams.

What the Program Includes

Career Exploration in Public Sectors

Participants explore job opportunities in areas such as education, city services, administration, and more.

Job Shadowing & Skills Development

Hands-on experiences and skill-building exercises prepare individuals for real responsibilities and routines in the public sector.

Internship & Placement Support

We collaborate with public agencies to offer internships, trial work experiences, and customized job placements.

Mentorship & Career Coaching

Ongoing guidance from LSG’s employment specialists helps participants set goals, grow professionally, and transition into permanent roles.
