UNTAPPED is a person-centered, career-focused program serving individuals age 14 through adulthood. We provide hands-on training and guidance to prepare participants for real-world employment and long-term success.

Our team provides personalized support to help individuals explore careers, build job skills, and succeed in the workplace—offering everything from resume prep to on-the-job coaching and long-term follow-up.
Through our partnership with Project SEARCH, we offer job skills trainers in supporting immersive, real-world internship experiences for young adults with diverseABILITIES in competitive, integrated work environments. The current sites we support: Gallup McKinley Project Search and Farmington Project Search.
This initiative introduces participants to meaningful career opportunities in government and public-sector roles in partnership with the City of Albuquerque — bridging skill-building with civic engagement and stable employment pathways.
